Our Greater Pittsburgh area is still recovering from the horrendous killing of 11 worshipers at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Squirrel Hill on October 27, 2018. How do we make sense of a seemingly senseless act, an act of hatred, and how do we heal together? Can Mindfulness help us to open to healing and to helping one another create an environment in which such tragedies will not take place again?
This year's Mindfulness Fair if focused on just this question, and invites us to look at Mindfulness in our Community, and its role in helping us heal. A rich Program of 20 seminars and workshops (click here) is offered in 6 session periods. Let us join one another in this learning, and bring our personal practice of mindful living as a teaching as well. Information for time and tickets is below. With much detail found here: https://tinyurl.com/PittMindfulnessFair.
